Evey is a water lover. With Lincoln away during the week she has been taking extra showers and absolutely loves it. For some reason the bath just doesn't do it for her anymore.
Another activity we do to fill time is play Potato Head-- but we use our own heads. We learned the hard way that it doesn't really work for the eyes, ears, and nose (it hurts and isn't very safe). But we love giving ourselves funny looking mouths. Evey's favorite are the lady lips. She walks around kissing things and can't get enough of herself in the mirror. Using the hat works too but it doesn't stay on very well.
This last picture is just cute. I couldn't help but to post it for all to enjoy.

p.s. every once in a while, H still says sadly, "I miss Evey." Last time it was accompanied by a 10 min. moment of silence as she sat on the couch simply missing her. So, how are we supposed to visit you in D.C. during S's conferences when you're in NJ?
