Crayon Nuggets

About a year ago I found a craft blog showing how to make crayon nuggets. Today I decided to make another "batch" and thought it would be fun to share with you all.

Materials needed:
mini-muffin tin
box of crayons

Directions:
break crayons into small pieces
melt in oven at 200 degrees for approx. 10 min.
let cool then pop out of tin
use butter knife to scrape clear wax from top

With today's batch I did solid colors. The previous time I made these nuggets I mixed similar colors. The next picture shows how they turned out. Pretty cool I think.

A few tips:
Use high quality crayons so there is less clear wax.
Fill each tin completely full with crayon pieces because it melts down.
